Your rate and payment terms are agreed with you in your inspector contract before you take your first assignment. Every completed inspection is paid according to those terms.
While certifications are not strictly required, they can increase your earning potential. We value certifications like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, ASQ CQI, or industry-specific quality certifications. We also provide free training and certification opportunities once you join.
You need a digital camera or a recent smartphone with a good camera (minimum 12MP recommended), a measuring tape, and basic inspection tools. For specialized inspections, we may provide or reimburse you for specific equipment.
