Do I need a subscription to book an inspection?
No. You can pay per inspection with no long-term contract. If you inspect regularly, Prepaid Days lowers the price of every service.
How do Prepaid Days work?
You prepay 1, 2 or 4 inspection days a month and save 10%, 15% or 20% on every service. A day works for any inspection or audit on the rate card. Unused days roll over for up to 3 months. You can cancel at any time and still have 90 days to use the days you have left. Billing is monthly, in advance. For more than 4 days a month, talk to us.
What does the price include?
An on-site inspection by an independent inspector, AQL-based sampling, photo evidence, a digital report in your dashboard and the corrective-action workflow with your supplier. Travel is included in the Indian cities we serve; other locations are quoted on request.
What is CAPA management?
CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) tracks how a supplier fixes a quality problem. When an inspection finds defects, you open a CAPA, the factory responds in its own free portal, and you verify the fix.
What's your cancellation policy for inspections?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the inspection. Half the fee is refunded for 24-48 hours notice. No refund within 24 hours as the inspector is already assigned. Weather or emergency cancellations are fully refundable.
